Returns & Refunds Policy – On Ya Head Fred


⏳ Timeframe
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.


💥 Refunds
•     Refunds are only offered for damaged or faulty goods.
•     We do not refund items for change of mind.
•     Gift cards are non-returnable.
•     Preorders cannot be returned. However, if you contact us before your item ships, we can exchange it for another product. Please note: if the new item is a different price, we don’t offer partial refunds.
•     Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

📩 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days and credited to your original payment method.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays happen).

🛍️ Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email onyaheadfred@mail.com.au with details of your order and what you’d like exchanged.

  • Customers cover the return shipping label.
  • We cover the new product shipping label.

🚚 Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
